Fish gratin
Puisqu'il faut (soit disant) manger du poisson, voici une recette simple et rapide. Évidemment, j'ai réussi à y caser quelques légumes...
As we have to eat fish (or so they say), here is a simple and quick recipe. Of course, I managed to put some vegetables in there...
Pour 2 personnes / Serves 2.
Ingrédients :
250g de filet de cabillaud (ou autre poisson),
½ cube de bouillon de légumes,
½ bulbe de fenouil,
½ poivron rouge,
1 cuil. à soupe d’huile d’olive (Carapelli Bio Classico),
3 œufs,
10cl de crème de soja,
aneth,
sel et poivre.
Now in English:
200g fish filet (cod or any kind of fish),
½ cube vegetable stock (Kallo Organic is my BFF),
½ fennel bulb,
½ red bell pepper,
1tbls olive oil (Carapelli Organic Classico),
3 eggs,
10cl soya « cream » (or the animal version),
dill,
salt and pepper.
Préparation :
Préchauffez le four th.7/180°C.
Pochez le poisson 5 minutes dans une casserole d’eau bouillante avec le cube de bouillon. Égouttez, écrasez à la fourchette et réservez.
Lavez et coupez le fenouil et le poivron en petits dés d’1cm de côté environ.
Faites-les revenir dans l’huile sur feu vif pendant 5 minutes.
Dans un saladier, battez les œufs et la crème. Salez et poivrez. Incorporez le poisson et les légumes ainsi que l’aneth.
Versez dans un petit plat à gratin ou dans des moules individuels et faites cuire au four pendant 25 à 30 minutes, jusqu’à ce que le dessus soit doré.

How to proceed:
Preheat the oven mark 7/180°C.
Boil the fish for 5 minutes in vegetable stock. Drain, mash with a fork and keep on the side.
Wash and dice the fennel bulb and bell pepper about 1cm square.
Colour them in olive oil on high heat for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream. Season. Add the fish, the vegetables and some dill to the mixture.
Pour in a small ovenproof form or in individual forms and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top gets a golden colour.
